Hoop-Dancing is a *revolutionary* art form that can be used for fitness, self-expression, and fun. Using adult-sized professional quality hoops like the ones offered on this site, EVERYONE can learn to hoop--even those who have never been able to before. Hooping is: more enjoyable than joining a gym, fun for all ages, easy to learn, and affordable for all!
